This is the North American mockingbird. Seen all over America, these song birds can sing all day in your backyard. They prefer open areas, fruiting bushes, and high sight areas such as fences or wires. Their conservation status at this time is LC (low concern).
Photos taken with an Olympus OM-1 in sequential shot mode, imported into Lightroom Classic where I could adjust color levels and crop. I then edited the scenery in Photoshop and added shadows to focus on the bird.
